Ingredients
- 50 milliliters gin
- 15-20 milliliters freshly squeezed limequat juice + a slice for garnish
- 20 milliliters simple syrup (I used orange scented one left over from my last orangette batch)
- ice
Method
- Shake gin and limequat juice with plenty of ice and strain into a glass or - my preference - simply pour it out with the slightly crushed ice.
- Garnish with a slice of limequat.
