Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. lime gelatin
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 c. celery, finely chopped
Method
- Mix gelatin as directed on package.
- Set aside to cool. Have cream cheese softened and mix with electric mixer until creamy. Add nuts and celery and mix thoroughly. Slowly add gelatin and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into dish and chill until firm.
