Ingredients
- 1 lb. dried lima beans
- 2 medium onions
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Soak beans for several hours.
- Parboil for 20 minutes. Cut onions in small pieces and brown with meat.
- Put in casserole and add 2 cups of juice drained from the beans.
- Bake 2 hours at 350°.
