Ingredients
- 3 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Combine flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Beat in sour cream and eggs until blended.
- Blend in flour mixture.
- Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
