- 4 pounds Eye Of The Round Roast
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 cups Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix, 2 Ounce Packet
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 package Kaiser Rolls, 8 Count
- 1 cup Catsup
- 2 teaspoons Water
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco Sauce
Method
- Place roast in crockpot.
- Stir together all of the remaining roast ingredients and pour over roast.
- Cook on low overnight or for 8 hours.
- The next morning stir and spoon sauce over roast again and simmer on low or warm setting until noon, or if you prefer until evening.
- Slice thin and serve over buns.
- FOR THE SAUCE
- Mix all sauce ingredients in small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
- Sauce stores up to 1 month in fridge.
- Makes 1 cup
