- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup low fat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts finely chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine brown sugar, sugar, oil, egg, vanilla and milk in a bowl.
- Combine flour, oatmeal, salt and baking powder in another bowl.
- Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
- Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto non-stick baking sheet. Bake 8 - 10 minute until browned.
