Ingredients
- 4- 1/2 cups Corn Chex Cereal
- 4- 1/2 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 1 cup Mixed Nuts
- 1 cup Bite-sized Pretzels
- 1 cup Cheezit Crackers
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 3/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Flakes
Method
- 1.
- In a large microwaveable bowl, combine cereal, nuts, pretzels and crackers.
- Set aside.
- 2.
- In a small microwaveable bowl, microwave butter until melted, about 40 seconds.
- Stir in the Tabasco ad all of the seasonings.
- 3.
- Pour the seasoning mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- 4.
- Microwave the Chex mix, uncovered on high setting for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
- 5.
- Spread the mixture onto paper towels to cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
