Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp mushroom stock or water
- 1 fine dice garlic
- 4 tbsp japanese sake or rice wine
- 8 large dried shiitake mushroom
Method
- wash and soak in warm waterdried shiitake mushroom for 10 minute or longer till double up the size then drain and slice in strip
- in pan with butter then add mushroom and garlic sautee till fragrant in low heat till almost dry
- add stock and soy sauce sautee till almost dry
- add japanese sake and mix well then off heat and serve hot
