Ingredients
- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. sweet milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Method
- Mix pulp, eggs and sugar together.
- Add milk, then flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Add butter.
- Bake for 1 hour at 300°.
