- 1/4 c. oil
- 3 c. diced cooked ham
- 3/4 lb. Polish sausage
- 2 large chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 c. chopped celery (with leaves)
- 1 large tomato, cut
- 1 lb. washed lentils
- 2 1/2 to 3 qt. water
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach
Method
- Saute sausage, onion and garlic in oil 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients except spinach.
- Cook on low about 2 hours. Add spinach last 10 minutes.
- Freezes well.
