Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 20 oz. Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 3 c. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. cold milk

Method

  • Melt butter.
  • Set aside 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos.
  • Combine remaining Oreos with melted butter.
  • Press this mixture along bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan for layer one.
  • Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 3/4 of the Cool Whip.
  • (Save remaining 1/4 of Cool Whip for later.)
  • Spread this mixture for layer two. Mix together pudding mix and milk with mixer until stiff.
  • Spread for layer 3. Spread remainder of Cool Whip for layer 4. Top with remainder of Oreo crumbs for layer 5. Refrigerate; better if chilled overnight.
