Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 20 oz. Oreo cookies, crushed
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 16 oz. Cool Whip
- 3 c. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. cold milk
Method
- Melt butter.
- Set aside 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos.
- Combine remaining Oreos with melted butter.
- Press this mixture along bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan for layer one.
- Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 3/4 of the Cool Whip.
- (Save remaining 1/4 of Cool Whip for later.)
- Spread this mixture for layer two. Mix together pudding mix and milk with mixer until stiff.
- Spread for layer 3. Spread remainder of Cool Whip for layer 4. Top with remainder of Oreo crumbs for layer 5. Refrigerate; better if chilled overnight.
