- 34 cup onion, diced
- 12 cup red pepper, diced
- 3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
- 14 cup basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 12 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 34 cup frozen spinach, thawed and cooked
- 2 cups alfredo sauce (I use a jar of Classico four cheese)
- 0.5 (375 g) package lasagna noodles, cooked (Dreamfields works well)
- 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground chicken, cooked
- 12 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In cooking oil, sautee onions, red peppers and garlic until soft.
- Mix in jar of alfredo sauce and cooked meat.
- In a bowl, mix together ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, spinach and basil.
- Layer meat mixture, then noodles, then cheese mixture.
- Repeat.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
