Ingredients
- 4 c. assorted fruit pieces (select from melon balls, blueberries, strawberry halves, pineapple chunks, orange segments and/or nectarine and plum wedges)
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 c. Muesli
- 2 c. plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt
Method
- In a large bowl, mix fruits, raisins, concentrate and honey. Just before serving, stir in Muesli.
- Spoon into 4 bowls, dividing equally.
- Top with yogurt, dividing equally.
- Makes 4 servings.
