Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 or 5 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Method

  • In blender (or food processor) combine all ingredients except chicken.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Pour in a large baking dish.
  • Pound cutlets to 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Place in baking dish.
  • Coat on both sides and cover.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
