- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 or 5 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Method
- In blender (or food processor) combine all ingredients except chicken.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour in a large baking dish.
- Pound cutlets to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Place in baking dish.
- Coat on both sides and cover.
- Refrigerate overnight.
