Ingredients
- 1 yellow Jiffy cake mix or any 1 layer box mix
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can lemon pie filling
Method
- Spray 8 x 8-inch pan with Pam.
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions; can substitute some of water called for in cake mix with pineapple juice.
- Pour batter in pan.
- Mix pineapple and lemon pie filling.
- Drop spoonfuls of pineapple lemon mixture over top of cake batter.
- Bake at 350° until tests done.
- Good, good, good!
