Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. corn meal
- 1 c. warm water
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
Method
- Sift sugar, flour and meal.
- Beat egg yolks with spoon and mix in warm water.
- Add all together and cook stirring until thick. Add lemon juice and margarine; pour into a cool baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown 15 to 20 minutes.
