Ingredients
- 1 lb. pecans (do not chop)
- 1 lb. flour (4 c.)
- 2 oz. (4 Tbsp.) lemon flavoring
- 1 lb. butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 lb. white raisins (do not substitute)
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time; beat well. Add other ingredients and bake in tube pan lined with wax paper and buttered sides.
- Bake 2 hours in 250° oven.
- Let stand a day before cutting.
- Wrap and keep in refrigerator.
