Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 c. chicken stock (juice from a boiled chicken)
Method
- Melt butter; add flour to melted butter.
- Add chicken stock, eggs and milk.
- Cook until medium thick (about 5 minutes).
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
