Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. apricot nectar
Method
- Mix well.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes in a well-greased and floured tube pan at 350°.
- Remove from oven and let stand in cold water about 5 minutes, then turn out on plate and glaze while still warm with 1 cup powdered sugar and juice from lemon.
