Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cheese (room temperature)
- 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 2 c. Cool Whip
Method
- Mix flour, oleo and nuts.
- Press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake 15 or 20 minutes in 350° oven.
- Combine cheese and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
- Mix lemon pudding with milk until smooth and thick, spread over Cool Whip layer.
- Spread leftover Cool Whip over the lemon layer, sprinkle with extra nuts.
