Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork roast,fat trimmed
  • 1 medium chopped yellow onion
  • 2 clove garlic,minced
  • 1 clove garlic,thin sliced
  • 4 oz can diced green chiles
  • 2 slice jalepeno,slice and deseed
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz can diced tomato do not drain
  • 8 oz can tomato with chiles
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Method

  • Place pork in crockpot and add onion and garlic and jalepno all around pork.
  • Pour on broth,chiles and tomatoes
  • Toss spices on top and cook on low 6-8 hrs
  • Shred pork when done cooking and serve.
