Ingredients
- 1 lb. thin boneless chicken
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
Method
- Combine flour, salt and pepper; toss with chicken pieces. Brown chicken on both sides in butter.
- Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until tender.
