Ingredients
- 2 cans tamales
- 1 can chili (regular or turkey chili)
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 chopped onion
- Fritos
Method
- Butter a long casserole dish.
- Place 2 cans tamales (remove shucks) in dish.
- Pour 1 can chili (with or without beans) over tamales.
- Cook in microwave 10 minutes on High.
- Sprinkle onion over top.
- Spread grated cheese over top of onion.
- Microwave on High for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve over Fritos. Quick and easy.
