Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. onions
  • 1 8 oz. canned biscuits
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Method

  • Saute ground beef until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off grease. Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Heat. Place each biscuit in a greased muffin cup, pressing to cover bottoms and sides. Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown. Yields 12 servings.
