Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 small container Cool Whip
- 2 (3 oz.) boxes instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 c. milk
Method
- In a large bowl mix together the flour, nuts and margarine. Put into oblong pan.
- Bake 15 minutes in 350° oven; cool.
- Mix in the same bowl the powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup of Cool Whip.
- Put this on top of cooled crumb mixture.
- Mix in the same bowl the pudding mix and milk.
- Put this on top of cream cheese and let set.
- Top with rest of Cool Whip; chill and serve cold.
