Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
- 1 c. chopped pecans (if desired)
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water; follow box directions.
- Let cool.
- Add crushed pineapple (not drained).
- Add cottage cheese; stir until well mixed.
- Sprinkle top with pecans.
- Place in icebox until congealed.
- Cut in squares.
