Ingredients
- 2 unpeeled apples, washed and diced
- substitute sweetener equal to 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. pecans or other nuts, chopped
- 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
Method
- Sprinkle apples with sweetener and lemon juice.
- Add pineapple, celery and nuts.
- Add yogurt and mix well.
- Cover bowl and chill.
