Ingredients
- 1/2 packages Instant ramen (chicken)
- 1 heaping bowlful Plain cooked rice
- 400 ml Water
- 1 Egg
- 3 stalks Green onions
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
Method
- Before taking the Chicken Ramen out from the package, break in half and crush roughly.
- Bring water to a boil in a clay pot.
- Add rice.
- After the rice loosens up, add Chicken Ramen and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Don't stir too much!
- Add soy sauce and stir.
- Also add eggs (beaten or unbeaten) and turn the heat off.
- Scatter green onions and cover the pot.
- Serve directly from the pot.
- When the eggs are slightly hard-set, it's ready to eat.
