Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen peaches, thawed
- 1 yellow cake mix (dry)
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen peaches, thawed
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 lb. butter, melted
Method
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer ingredients in the order they are listed. Do NOT stir. Peaches are listed twice in the ingredients because there are two layers of peaches. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
