Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

Method

  • Mix first 7 ingredients in bowl; set aside.
  • Microwave margarine in glass baking dish on High until melted.
  • Add mushrooms and onion.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Add thyme, cumin, sour cream and bread crumbs.
  • Mix well.
