Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 1 medium head iceberg lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
- 1 large purple onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cut cauliflower into flowerets.
- Layer lettuce, onion, cauliflower and bacon in a 3-quart bowl.
- Combine mayonnaise, sugar and cheese.
- Spread evenly over top, sealing to edge of bowl.
- Sprinkle with more cheese.
- Refrigerate.
- Toss gently before serving.
- Yields 8 to 10 servings.
