Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag hash browns
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
Method
- Melt butter and combine remaining ingredients.
- Place in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
