Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned
- 1 onion, chopped
- garlic
- pepper
- 48 oz. Ragu
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella
- 1/2 c. Parmesan
- 8 noodles, uncooked
Method
- Cook meat, sauce and water.
- Combine cheese, egg and seasonings.
- Layer sauce, noodles, cheese and Parmesan.
- Cook on full power 8 minutes.
- Simmer 30 minutes.
- Stand covered 15 minutes.
