- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- few drops fresh lemon juice
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. diced green pepper
- 1 small jars pimentos, diced
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 raw egg
- capers to taste (optional)
Method
- Mix all ingredients together, excluding crab meat.
- Lightly toss in crab meat.
- Arrange in scallop baking shells.
- Top with more mayonnaise.
- Garnish with red pimento.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
- Serves 4 large or 8 small portions.
