Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lump crab meat
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • few drops fresh lemon juice
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 small jars pimentos, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 raw egg
  • capers to taste (optional)

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together, excluding crab meat.
  • Lightly toss in crab meat.
  • Arrange in scallop baking shells.
  • Top with more mayonnaise.
  • Garnish with red pimento.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  • Serves 4 large or 8 small portions.
