Ingredients

  • 3 whole Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 bag 16 Oz. Mixed Frozen Vegetables, Thawed And Drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar, Divided
  • 1 can 2.8 Oz French Fried Onions, Divided
  • 1 can 10.75 Oz. Cream Of Potato Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 can 8-pack Crescent Rolls

Method

  • 1.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).
  • 2.
  • Boil, bake, or saute chicken breasts until done.
  • Cut into bite size pieces.
  • You can also use a rotisserie chicken or pre-cooked chicken breasts.
  • Place in greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
  • 3.
  • Add vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 can of French fried onions to the baking dish.
  • 4.
  • In a small bowl, mix soup with milk.
  • Pour over chicken mixture.
  • 5.
  • Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Mixture should be bubbly.
  • If its not, cook uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
  • 6.
  • Cut crescent rolls into long strips.
  • Arrange on chicken mixture in a lattice form.
  • Bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes until lightly browned.
  • 7.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.
  • Bake for additional 3-5 minutes to melt cheese and crisp onions.
  • 8.
  • DIG IN.
