Ingredients
- 3 whole Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 bag 16 Oz. Mixed Frozen Vegetables, Thawed And Drained
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar, Divided
- 1 can 2.8 Oz French Fried Onions, Divided
- 1 can 10.75 Oz. Cream Of Potato Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 can 8-pack Crescent Rolls
Method
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).
- 2.
- Boil, bake, or saute chicken breasts until done.
- Cut into bite size pieces.
- You can also use a rotisserie chicken or pre-cooked chicken breasts.
- Place in greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.

- Add vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 can of French fried onions to the baking dish.
- 4.
- In a small bowl, mix soup with milk.
- Pour over chicken mixture.
- 5.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
- Mixture should be bubbly.
- If its not, cook uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
- 6.
- Cut crescent rolls into long strips.
- Arrange on chicken mixture in a lattice form.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes until lightly browned.
- 7.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake for additional 3-5 minutes to melt cheese and crisp onions.
- 8.
- DIG IN.
