Ingredients

  • 1 lb. box lasagne noodles
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small container Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 lb. browned, drained ground meat
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano

Method

  • Cook and set aside lasagne noodles.
  • Simmer sauce with ground meat and set aside.
  • Lightly beat 4 eggs and add Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  • Add oregano and salt and pepper. Mix lightly.
  • Line large rectangular pan with 1/2 the sauce followed by the cheese mixture.
  • Repeat, omitting the sauce. Cover with remaining sauce and sliced Provolone cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Allow to stand before cutting.
