- 1 lb. box lasagne noodles
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- 4 eggs
- 1 small container Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 lb. browned, drained ground meat
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
Method
- Cook and set aside lasagne noodles.
- Simmer sauce with ground meat and set aside.
- Lightly beat 4 eggs and add Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Add oregano and salt and pepper. Mix lightly.
- Line large rectangular pan with 1/2 the sauce followed by the cheese mixture.
- Repeat, omitting the sauce. Cover with remaining sauce and sliced Provolone cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Allow to stand before cutting.
