Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced, or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 9 lasagna noodles cooked, rinsed, drained
  • 4 cups hamburger & onion browned with traditional Prego sauce, or Three-Meat Sauce
  • 2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese 80z. shredded

Method

  • In large bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, & basil.
  • In a greased 13 x 9 baking dish, layer a third of the noodles, sauce, cottage cheese mixture, & mozzarella. Repeat layers twice.
  • Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 30min.
  • Uncover & bake 15-20min. longer or until bubbly.
  • Let stand for 15min. before cutting
