Ingredients
- 8 to 10 medium potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped chives
- butter
Method
- Cook and mash potatoes.
- Add sour cream and cream cheese.
- Add chives.
- Put into large casserole bowl (ovenproof).
- Put pats of butter on top of potatoes and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
