- 2 mild Italian sausage links
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 4 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- garlic salt
- sweet basil leaves
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- 1 (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
- 3 eggs
Method
- In a Dutch oven, in a little oil, brown links (sprinkle lightly with garlic salt for flavor).
- Drain.
- Add soups, sauces and paste.
- Mix well, then lightly sprinkle garlic salt and basil over the whole top.
- Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour.
- Then stir and repeat spices.
- Boil noodles and eggs for 15 minutes; rinse and drain.
- Peel eggs.
- When sauce is ready, remove sausage and slice.
