Ingredients

  • 2 mild Italian sausage links
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 4 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • garlic salt
  • sweet basil leaves
  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles
  • 1 (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 eggs

Method

  • In a Dutch oven, in a little oil, brown links (sprinkle lightly with garlic salt for flavor).
  • Drain.
  • Add soups, sauces and paste.
  • Mix well, then lightly sprinkle garlic salt and basil over the whole top.
  • Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour.
  • Then stir and repeat spices.
  • Boil noodles and eggs for 15 minutes; rinse and drain.
  • Peel eggs.
  • When sauce is ready, remove sausage and slice.
