Ingredients
- 1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Prepare lasagna noodles per package directions; drain.
- In medium bowl, combine egg, Ricotta cheese, spinach and Parmesan cheese.
- Spread cheese mixture equally on lasagna noodle strips; roll up each strip.
- Spread 1 cup sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange lasagna rolls seamside down in sauce.
- Pour remaining sauce over lasagna and top with Mozzarella cheese. Cover; bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
