Ingredients

  • 2 whole Cucumbers, Finely Diced
  • 2 whole Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 2 cans (4 Oz. Can) Chopped Green Chilies
  • 4 whole Green Onions, Sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Coarse Ground Pepper
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander
  • 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Vinegar

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Add chopped jalapenos if you want it hot!
  • Serve with chips.
