Ingredients
- 1 c. margarine
- 1/2 lb. flour
- 1/2 gal. milk
- 1 qt. minced clams
- 1 minced onion
- 4 potatoes, diced
Method
- Cook together margarine and flour on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add milk slowly. Stir constantly.
- In separate pan, cook clams, onion and potatoes until potatoes are tender.
- Mix potato mixture with milk mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
