- 1/2 lb. lean lamb chops, trim fat
- 2 scallions
- 2 c. pork or chicken stock
- 1 cucumber
- 16 oz. pkg. any type small macaroni
- 16 oz. dry green split peas
- 11 oz. pkg. pearl barley
- 16 oz. pkg. lentils
- 2 c. long grain rice
- 1/4 c. dried parsley flakes
- 3 Tbsp. oregano leaves
- 3 oz. dried minced onion
Method
- Combine dry ingredients and put in airtight container.
- Label and store in cool, dry place.
- Yield:
- 16 cups dry mix (1 gallon).
