Ingredients
- 8 c. peeled and seeded zucchini
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 sticks oleo
Method
- Mix the flour, sugar and oleo until crumbly. Pat half in 9 x 12 pan. Mix half of remaining flour mix with zucchini. Pour into crust. Sprinkle the last of the flour mix on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
