Ingredients
- 1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 small jar pimentos, chopped
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Heat vinegar and salad oil; add sugar, stir until dissolved. Cool.
- Pour over kraut and rest of ingredients.
- Keep in refrigerator 24 hours.
- Very good with meat and poultry.
