Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. white seedless grapes, cut in half
- 1 can water chestnuts
Method
- Season chicken breasts with garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Simmer 1 hour, debone and drain.
- Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
- Add grapes, water chestnuts and chicken.
- Mix well.
