- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) boxvanilla flavored pudding
- 1 12 cups thawed whipped topping
- 20 vanilla wafer cookies
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced and divided
- 12 cup strawberry ice cream topping
- 1 sandwich cookie pie crust
Method
- 1.
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
- Gradually beat in milk.
- Add dry pudding mix.
- Beat 2 minutes.
- 2.
- Stir in whipped topping, wafers and 1 cup berries.
- Swirl in ice cream topping.
- 3.
- Spread into crust.
- Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
- Remove dessert from freezer 15 mins before serving.
- Garnish with remaining berries.
