Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) boxvanilla flavored pudding
  • 1 12 cups thawed whipped topping
  • 20 vanilla wafer cookies
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced and divided
  • 12 cup strawberry ice cream topping
  • 1 sandwich cookie pie crust

Method

  • 1.
  • Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
  • Gradually beat in milk.
  • Add dry pudding mix.
  • Beat 2 minutes.
  • 2.
  • Stir in whipped topping, wafers and 1 cup berries.
  • Swirl in ice cream topping.
  • 3.
  • Spread into crust.
  • Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
  • Remove dessert from freezer 15 mins before serving.
  • Garnish with remaining berries.
