Ingredients
- 30 to 36 cucumbers (3 to 4 inches long)
- 3 c. vinegar
- 3 c. water
- 6 Tbsp. salt
- dill
- garlic
- mustard seed
Method
- Make a brine of vinegar,
- water
- and
- salt.
- Bring to a boil. In a quart jar, place
- teaspoon dill, 1/2 to 1 clove sliced garlic and 1/2
- tablespoon mustard
- seed. Pack
- whole cucumbers in jars and fill
- with
- brine.
- Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
