Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 bar German sweet chocolate, grated
  • 2 (4 oz.) pkg. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
  • 1 small pkg. coconut

Method

  • Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, sour cream and 1/2 cup water in bowl, beating well.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, chocolate and half the pecans.
  • Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
