Ingredients
- 1/4 c. soft brown sugar
- 41/2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 11/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla ice cream
- 1 Tbsp. whiskey (My husband likes 2 Tbsp.)
Method
- Put all the ingredients except the whiskey and ice cream into a saucepan and mix well.
- Bring gently to a boil.
- Cook gently for 5 min, stirring frequently.
- Remove from the heat and cold.
- Beat in the ice cream.
- Cover and refrigeratein the refrigerator till ready to serve.
- Pour into two glasses and add in the whiskey.
